Grupo Integrado

Cultural Design - Modeling

Grupo Integrado recognized the need to create a structured path for embracing its desired culture.

Coraci facilitated this journey through a Culture Workshop: a week-long immersion with the group’s entire leadership team. We viewed the organization as the living system it is, where results directly reflect the health of relationships and everyday processes.

It was a space for deep listening and co-creation, where leaders explored their vision for the future and shared their perceptions of the culture as it is lived—the culture that truly takes shape day to day.

Together, we designed the bridge needed to connect strategy with practice, defining clear pillars, priority actions, and ways to sustain change.

The result was a solid, conscious foundation. More than a plan, Grupo Integrado now has a path shaped by those who live the challenge, so that culture can be nurtured and sustained with consistency and intention in the institution’s daily life.
